Why work with a travel agent?
Authorized Disney Vacation Planners have the best knowledge of everything Disney has to offer and know how to find the best deals for your vacation. Why waste time researching and planning when you can have someone else do it for you?
Are there any fees for the service?
We are happy to provide free, no-obligation quotes to anyone interested in visiting a Disney Destination. Clients who book packages through us receive all our services 100% FREE. Note: packages include room and tickets, plus an optional dining plan. We are paid commission through Disney, so we provide all this at no cost to you! For clients who are not booking a complete package, we offer our all our services for a modest concierge fee of $169.95. This allows guests who are staying off-site to enjoy all our best planning expertise!
What are the benefits of booking a Disney package?
There are many benefits to booking a Disney package that you cannot get elsewhere:

Services
Do you book Disney cruises?
Yes! We highly recommend Disney Cruise Line to all our clients. There’s something magical for everyone aboard!
Do you book rental cars and/or air travel?
Yes! I can book rental cars or limousines to get you to/from your destination. While I’d be happy to help make suggestions for air travel, I do not book it at this time.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Yes! In fact, we recommend it, especially if you are traveling on Disney Cruise Line or on an Adventures by Disney® itinerary. We partner with Travel Insured to get you the best rates and coverage for your vacation.
Do you work with military packages?
Yes! We are a military family so I’m very familiar with the special promotions offered to our nation’s service members.
Do you book off-property hotels?
At Ears of Experience, we’ve built our expertise around Disney’s incredible properties and experiences. As such, we are solely focused on booking Disney Resort accommodations. However, off-site guests are still welcome to all our personalized planning services for a separate concierge fee.
Do you book Disney Vacation Club (DVC) villas?
While we can book multi-bedroom villas and deluxe studios for any guest, we are unfortunately unable to book DVC packages.
Do you book other local attractions, such as Universal or SeaWorld?
Yes! We are able to book tickets for attractions such as Cirque Du Soleil and Universal Studios. We can also help you book packages for Southern California experiences in addition to your Disneyland® Resort vacation. As for other attractions, we are happy to assist you in arranging day trips.
Do you book packages for international Disney parks?
At this time, I do not book packages for Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disney Resort, Shanghai Disney Resort, or Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. If that changes, I’ll be sure to post it on this site!
Booking a Trip
Do I need to rent a car when traveling to Walt Disney World® Resort?
There are several options for transportation at Walt Disney World® Resort. If you are flying into Orlando Int’l Airport, you have the option of using the Disney’s Magical Express Transportation shuttle to travel to and from your Disney Resort hotel. If you’d like more flexibility, I can book you a rental car or limousine for the duration of your stay.
What deals are available for our trip?
We work directly through Disney, so you’ll always be the first to know of new promotions. Check out my Specials page, like my Facebook page, or contact me at any time to see which deals are available for your vacation.
How early do I need to book my trip?
While it certainly best to book at least 180 days prior to your trip to ensure the best availability and dining reservations, you can just as easily book a last minute trip and have a memorable vacation. I’m happy to work on any schedule to provide you the best planning services for your family.
When are deposits and final payments due?
Deposits are due at the time of booking for all Disney Destinations. The amount depends on your choice of destination: for example, $200 for a Walt Disney World® Resort Package or 20% for a Disney Cruise Line itinerary. We cannot guarantee any package availability or pricing until the deposit is submitted. Final payments for Walt Disney World® Resort packages are due 45 days prior to travel, while final payments for Disney Cruise Line are typically due 75-90 days prior to departure.
This is our first time visiting a Disney park. How can you help us navigate our options?
We know planning a Disney vacation can be overwhelming, so this is where we shine! We will work with you to learn your preferences and wishes to ensure you have your dream vacation. We are familiar with all Disney has to offer, so we’ll help you navigate Disney’s systems and make suggestions your family is sure to love!
We are planning our honeymoon at Disney. How can you help us make this trip special?
Congratulations! We can help you book the perfect Disney Resort hotel, arrange celebration cakes, and suggest the most romantic restaurants. We can even suggest photo opportunities and special experiences that you are both are sure to remember forever as you start your new lives together.
I am working with a limited budget for my trip. Can I still manage a Disney vacation?
Yes! We are happy to work within your budget and personalize your vacation to maximize the fun for the whole family. We’ll offer you the best promotions and suggest ways to save throughout your entire trip!
I have visited the Disney Parks before. Can you recommend something different?
