Thinking about planning your first Disney vacation but not sure where to start? I’ve compiled a few of my favorite tools into a free guide to help you plan your dream Disney vacation.
Check out what’s inside!
Disney Destinations Guides
There is so much more to Disney than theme parks. In fact, the Disney Destinations also include resorts, dining, unique activities, and ports of call in countries located on six continents. I’ve included guides to each of the main Disney Destinations to help you decide which vacation is the best fit for your family.
A Guide to Disney Seasonal Events
One of the questions I’m asked most is, “When is the best time to go to Disney?” While we know that the parks are certainly less crowded when the kids are in school, seasonal events also play a factor. Whether you want to seek or avoid these times, I’ve got a calendar of events you’ll want to watch for.
Vacation Planning Checklist
This is the tool I’m most excited to share with you! I know how overwhelming it can feel to start planning your first Disney vacation (or any trip in general). I’ve put together a basic checklist based on the one I use for my own family and for my personal concierge clients.
Vacation Budget Worksheets
Disney vacations can be an investment, so you want to be sure you’ve got all your bases covered when planning out your budget. I’ve got a list of expenses for each Disney Destination that you’ll want to factor into your vacation budget.
My “Disney Speak” Cheat Sheet
Ever wished you had a Disney glossary to help you navigate all the terms that pop up while planning? I’ve got you covered. I’ve put together a cheat sheet that explains terms such as “rope drop” and “Park Hopper Plus” so you’ll go in feeling like an expert.

Of course, the best tool you can have in your arsenal when planning a Disney vacation is your own personal vacation planner. I help families take all of the hassle out of booking their trips so they can focus on the fun. That’s what vacations are about, aren’t they?
The best part is that when you book your trip with me you get all of my planning and concierge services at no additional cost. My goal is to save you time, save you money, and help you design your dream vacation.

Janet Layman says
I sent you a email asking before I start planning my trip do they have scooters for seniors!!
Jessica Tullino says
Hi Janet! I sent you an email but I thought I’d respond here too in case anything else needs the information. Yes, you can rent scooters or wheelchairs at the Walt Disney World or Disneyland parks. They are first-come/first-served and can only be used inside of the parks (or in Disney Springs). You can find more information here: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/ecv-rentals/ or https://disneyland.disney.go.com/guest-services/wheelchair-rental/.
Some people also prefer to rent scooters from an outside vendor, such as Buena Vista Scooters, in order to have the scooter during their entire resort stay. Hope this helps!
