1. New Frozen Meet & Greets Inspired by Frozen II (November 25, 2019)
Anna and Elsa recently debuted new outfits at their Royal Sommerhus in Epcot inspired by their looks in Frozen II. Kids will love asking them about their latest adventures.
2. Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (December 5, 2019)
The second attraction in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios opened with rave reviews! Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is a one-of-a-kind experience that showcases Disney’s latest technology and the famous creativity of its Imagineers. This ride will make you feel like you’re stepping into the Star Wars films.
3. Disney’s Riviera Resort (December 16, 2019)
Disney has opened it’s latest hotel at Walt Disney World Resort: Disney’s Riviera Resort. This hotel celebrates the beauty of the European Riviera, with modern designs and Disney’s legendary service.
4. Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along (January 17, 2020)
A new Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along debuts in the France Pavilion of Epcot in January 2020, alternating with an updated version of Impressions de France. Look for a new take on the classic story and plenty of fun for all ages.
5. Awesome Planet (January 17, 2020)
In The Land Pavilion in Epcot you’ll find a new film, “Awesome Planet“. This short movie will showcase the diversity and grandeur of Earth, including in-theater effects.
6. Canada Far and Wide (January 17, 2020)
Learn about Canada in this new film coming to the Canada Pavilion in Epcot. The Circle-Vision 360 theater will surround you with breathtaking views of the countryside .
7. City Works Eatery & Pour House (Winter 2020)
A new sports bar is coming to the West Side of Disney Springs, featuring over 90 local and international craft beers on tap, high-definition TVs, and a menu filled with twists on American classics.
8. Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue (Winter 2020)
Check out The American Adventure pavilion in Epcot for a new quick-service restaurant featuring American BBQ and everyone’s favorite patriot, Sam the Eagle. Sandwiches, platters, and even a plant-based option will fill the menu, along with a selection of craft beer and ciders.
9. Space 220 (Winter 2020)
The long-awaited Space 220 restaurant is planned to make its debut in Epcot in 2020. Located next to Mission: SPACE, this experience will take you aboard a space elevator to view Earth from orbit as you dine – 220 miles up! (In case you were curious, this is the same height where the International Space Station flies.)
10. Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway (March 4, 2020)
Mickey and Minnie are getting a ride of their own with a new attraction that celebrates their classic adventures and the latest collection of Mickey shorts. Located at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in the replica Chinese Theater, this will be a ride for all ages that you won’t want to miss!
11. Mickey Shorts Theater (March 2020)
Hollywood Studios will be getting a new theater to celebrate Mickey’s iconic shorts. This will be the perfect spot to take a break and enjoy some cartoon fun, including an original short and special photo ops.
12. Drawn to Life by Cirque du Soleil (March 20, 2020)
Cirque du Soleil and Disney have partnered to create a one-of-a-kind experience in Disney Springs. The new show, Drawn to Life, will celebrate imagination and animation, recalling Disney childhood memories alongside incredible acrobatics.
13. Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure (Summer 2020)
First famous at Disneyland Paris, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure will shrink you down to the size of a tiny chef and bring you on a culinary adventure through Gusteau’s kitchen. Located in the France pavilion of Epcot, this will be a wonderful ride for all ages.
14. La Crêperie de Paris Restaurant (2020)
Near Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, a new restaurant will expand food offerings in Epcot’s France pavilion with both table-service and quick-service options. This crêperie will offer authentic galettes and sweet crêpes, in addition to a menu inspired by the Brittany region of France.
15. Harmonius (2020)
A brand new fireworks spectacular will debut at Epcot this year, replacing the limited-time engagement of Epcot Forever. Harmonious will celebrate the music of Disney, with floating set pieces, pyrotechnics, LED panels, moving fountains, lasers, and more.
16. Disney’s DuckTales World Showcase Adventure (2020)
Epcot’s World Showcase has long hosted a scavenger hunt, and in 2020 an update will reinvent this experience using the Play Disney Parks app. Join Scrooge McDuck, Launchpad, Webby, Donald Duck, and his nephews as they explore exotic destinations and search for ancient artifacts.
17. Rodeo Roundup BBQ (2020)
A new table-service restaurant is coming to Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios, designed by Andy himself! Dine among a fun collection of toys, games, and play sets (including a few nods to classic Toy Story characters) and enjoy a menu of Western-inspired food.
18. Wondrous China (2020*)
A new film at the China pavilion in Epcot will celebrate the culture and beauty and China with a seamless 360-degree screen.
19. Beatrix (2020*)
Beatrix will open its first Florida location at Disney Springs, offering a menu of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes. Featuring a restaurant, coffee house, and grab-and-go market, this will be the perfect spot to treat yourself to some healthy food options.
20. Ample Hills Creamery (2020*)
Ample Hills Creamery will open its second location at Walt Disney World in Disney Springs in 2020. This ice cream shop is famous for its unique flavors, such as Ooey Gooey Butter Cake and Nonna D’s Oatmeal Lace.
